Cuban asylum-seekers 'can't leave'

Cuba's President, Fidel Castro, said that asylum-seekers occupying the Belgian, German and Chilean diplomatic missions in Havana would lose their right to emigrate, but would not be subject to reprisals, AFP reports from Bogota.
