Election 'chaotic'
ABIDJAN (Reuter) - Guinea's first free election, which President Lansana Conte insists will go ahead despite protests, was heading for chaos as the opposition announced it would go all out to disrupt today's polls. 'Everything is a mess here,' a local journalist in the capital, Conakry, said. 'Families with 10 registered voters are receiving just two voter cards.' Reuter
