Addis Ababa - Ethiopia accused Sudan of sheltering three Egyptian "terrorists" who attempted to assassinate President Hosni Mubarak as he arrived for an Organisation of African Unity summit in June. It announced a series of measures against Sudan, including the grounding of flights and a cut in diplomatic representation across the border. Reuter
