Albanian slump
Tirana (Reuter) - Albanian government revenues have collapsed and the state faces a yawning budget deficit this year, the Finance Minister, Genc Ruli, said yesterday. Presenting this year's budget - the first in two years - Mr Ruli said government revenue in the first half of 1992 stood at 16 per cent of national output, down from 47 per cent in 1990.
