Keeping tabs
THE HAGUE (AP) - The local Stray Cat Foundation plans to keep tabs on the animals it is trying to protect by implanting them with computer chips.
The chips will make the cat catcher's job easier by identifying strays that have already been sterilised by the foundation and the group hopes the chips will also give insight into the movements of the unwanted pets.
