Kosovo apology
STOCKHOLM (AP) - The Swedish Immigration Minister, Birgit Friggebo, said she was prepared to apologise for saying refugees from Yugoslavia's Kosovo province were prone to theft, but the Prime Minister, Carl Bildt, said statistics supported her statement. Two members of the Left Party filed a criminal complaint yesterday with the Stockholm prosecutor's office, charging Ms Friggebo with 'agitation against a national group'.
