Oktoberfest serves short measures
Revellers at Munich's Oktoberfest are served short measures, a watchdog says.
In a test of 100 one-litre beer mugs, each costing about €9.20 (£8), not one was full, said the Association Against Fraudulent Pouring.
Last year visitors drank 7.1 million mugs of beer.
