France temporarily granted the BBC World Service a vacant Parisian radio frequency in an exchange of local frequencies that also will bring France's international radio service to London, Reuter reports from Paris. A spokeswoman for the French broadcasting authority said such an exchange was unprecedented between the two nations and had been requested by the BBC.
