Russians air 'insults'
President Boris Yeltsin's chief spokesman complained yesterday about the proliferation of political advertising filled with 'rude public insults' and 'downright bad language', AP reports from Moscow. Parties have began taking to Russia's airwaves ready for elections on 12 December.
