Swiss to appeal over Iranians
Switzerland said yesterday it would appeal to a French court over France's decision to send home two Iranians wanted by Berne on suspicion of murder, Reuter reports from Zurich.
Switzerland sought the two men, Moshen Sharif-Esfanhi and Ahmed Taheri, in connection with the 1990 murder in Geneva of an Iranian dissident, Kazem Rajavi, brother of Massoud Rajavi, who heads Iran's Iraqi-based Mujahedin Khalq guerrilla movement.
