Giuliani stands by his ban on Arafat
New York - Despite criticism from the Clinton administration, Mayor Rudolph Giuliani is standing by his decision to throw PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat out of a concert held for the United Nation's 50th anniversary. "I am comfortable with my decision and very proud of it," Giuliani said, blaming the PLO for the killings of US citizens. AP
