The Tel Aviv Burial Society said it was running out of graves because a six-week government closure of access from the West Bank and Gaza Strip prevented Palestinian gravediggers from working in Israel, Reuter reports from Tel Aviv. 'Our contractor has been digging the graves with his own hands, working day and night,' said an official of the society, which conducts nearly 30 funerals a day. He said no Israelis could be found to do the work.
