India faces censure on Kashmir
Pakistan appears likely to win a vote in the United Nations Human Rights Commission effectively condemning India for rights violations in Kashmir and setting up an international inquiry, Reuter reports from Geneva. The force of the vote is likely to be diminished by abstention of a majority of the countries represented on the 53-member body.
