Armenia and Azerbaijan accepted a peace plan to halt the five-year war over Nagorny Karabakh, but leaders in the enclave rejected the initiative by the US, Russia and Turkey, AP reports from Moscow. The decision by Nagorny Karabakh's separatist leadership marked the first open split between Armenia and the local government in Nagorny Karabakh.
