Moi accused
Kenya's opposition has created an uproar in parliament with allegations that President Daniel arap Moi and his deputy stashed millions of dollars abroad, Reuter reports from Nairobi. The claims, by Ford-Kenya's leader, Jaramogi Oginga Odinga, were denied by Mr Moi's party. The speaker of parliament has ordered Mr Odinga to show proof by next Tuesday or retract the allegations.
