Kenya's opposition has created an uproar in parliament with allegations that President Daniel arap Moi and his deputy stashed millions of dollars abroad, Reuter reports from Nairobi. The claims, by Ford-Kenya's leader, Jaramogi Oginga Odinga, were denied by Mr Moi's party. The speaker of parliament has ordered Mr Odinga to show proof by next Tuesday or retract the allegations.
