N Korea in US deal

New York - North Korea has agreed to international inspections of its nuclear facilities by Tuesday, the United States announced. North Korea said high-level talks with the United States were due to begin in Geneva on 21 March, and that Washington would agree to the cancellation of its military exercises with South Korea.
