Paris will hold big celebrations in August to mark the 50th anniversary of its uprising and liberation from German forces and the return of General Charles de Gaulle, the Mayor, Jacques Chirac, said yesterday, Reuter reports from Paris. Vintage tanks and cars will parade through Paris on 25 August.
