The last major black insurgent movement fighting in South Africa agreed on the need to end violence but stopped short of an immediate ceasefire, AFP reports from Harare. The Azanian People's Liberation Army (Apla), military wing of the Pan-Africanist Congress, had met a South African delegation in the Zimbabwean capital.
