Romania smashes brothel ring

Galati, Romania - Romanian police said they had smashed a ring that sent up to 300 women to work as prostitutes in Cyprus. Police in the north-eastern city of Galati said a Turkish man and a Romanian woman had been charged with supplying women from Romania and Moldova to brothels.
