Ruling party leads in Cambodia
The ruling Cambodian People's Party began to pull ahead of the main opposition royalist party as vote counting continued after the country's first multi-party election in decades, Reuter reports from Phnom Penh. With more than 850,000 ballots counted out of 4.2 million cast, the CPP, led by the Prime Minister, Hun Sen, had 44.4 per cent, and the royalist Funcinpec 37.8 per cent.
