Russian flying standards defended
Russian officials investigating the crash last Monday of a Tupolev airliner that claimed 125 lives defended safety standards of Russian airlines and aircraft, Reuter reports from Moscow. Valentin Klimov, head of the company producing the airliner, said, 'All safety characteristics of the Tupolev 154 plane meet world standards.'
