Johannesburg - The Danish cargo ship Arktis Pioneer, at the centre of a row over a foreign arms sale by Pretoria's state-run arms agency, Armscor, returned to South Africa yesterday with thousands of weapons aboard. Port Elizabeth harbour officials said. 'She is lying in Algoa Bay and we are planning to send pilots out to get her . . . tomorrow morning,' a harbour spokeswoman said. 'We are waiting for Armscor to finalise the documentation.' Reuter
