Skater in trouble
The figure skater Tonya Harding, under investigation for the attack on her rival Nancy Kerrigan, faced new allegations of foul play on Saturday when a former skater said Ms Harding once punched her in the stomach, Reuter reports from Portland, Oregon. The Canadian skater Patricia Smith Tilbe reportedly accused Ms Harding of punching her as the two skaters warmed up on the ice before a competition in 1985.
