Troops pull out

MOSCOW (Reuter) - Georgian troops began a promised pull-out from the Black Sea region of Abkhazia, after a year-long separatist revolt, Itar-Tass news agency said yesterday. A Russian-mediated ceasefire has generally held since the end of July.
