Turkish search for tourists
Turkish authorities and Western diplomats were hunting yesterday for three tourists whom Kurdish rebels said they had kidnapped in eastern Turkey, Reuter reports from Ankara.
The German-based Kurd-Ha news agency reported on Sunday that guerrillas from the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) had seized two Germans and a New Zealander in the Kars-Agri region near the Armenian and Iranian borders.
