Vietnam to stamp out armed forces drunkenness
Vietnam's Defence Ministry has issued orders aimed at stamping out drunkenness among the armed forces.
The official army newspaper said the decree intended to stop growing alcohol abuse which was causing "bad and serious consequences and violations of the law" and which was affecting discipline. Reuter - Hanoi
