Kigali (Reuter) - Agathe Uwilingiyimana, the education minister of Rwanda, yesterday became the country's first female prime minister. She is believed to be only the second female prime minister of an African country. Elisabeth Domitiene was prime minister of the Central African Republic in 1975.
