Gardening: Cuttings: Mountain greenery
THE Alpine Garden Society is holding an autumn show today (11.30am-4.30pm) at Millais School, Depot Road, Horsham, West Sussex, with classes for dwarf conifers, cyclamen, gentians and other rock plants. The joint rock garden plant committee will meet there to consider which new plants should get awards of merit. Following their selections will save you from finding out the hard way which plants are unworthy of garden room.
