Bergkamp and Helder in Dutch squad

Arsenal's Dennis Bergkamp and Glenn Helder have been included in the Netherlands' 17-man squad for the European Championship play-off against the Republic of Ireland at Anfield on 13 December. Defender Winston Bogarde replaces his suspended Ajax team-mate Frank de Boer, while Ajax striker Patrick Kluivert returns to the squad after serving a ban in last month's 3-0 win over Norway.
