Cycling: Cipollini too hot for rivals

Mario Cipollini, of Italy, prevailed in a hotly contested sprint to win the sixth stage of the Mediterranean Tour at Hyeres, in France, yesterday. He edged out the Belgian Wilfried Neilesen and Giovanni Lombardi, of Italy. The yellow jersey was retained by another Italian, Fabio Baldato, who came home in fourth place in the sixth stage.
