Atletico Madrid and Real Oviedo have asked FIFA, the world game's governing body, to arbitrate over Viktor Onopko. Oviedo say they have two contracts proving they have bought the Russian international from Spartak Moscow. Atletico claim an option to buy him for pounds 1.8m.
