Football: England Under-21s announcement delayed

Lawrie McMenemy has delayed announcing the England Under-21 team to face Norway at Peterborough today because of an injury to the Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour, who is under treatment for a 'dead leg'. Andrew Impey, of Queen's Park Rangers, stands by for his first Under-21 cap.
