Jose Mourinho has made three changes to the Chelsea team that beat Norwich City at the weekend.

The Blues face Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel tonight, a team that have won their Premier League for the last three successive seasons.

But they have been the whipping boys in Group G so far, failing to pick up a point in any of their four matches - they have only scored one goal, joint worst in the Champions League this season and conceded a joint worst 11 goals.

Mourinho has opted to change three of the back four that kept a clean sheet against the Canaries at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

That was the first time Chelsea had stopped their opponents scoring in five matches, their previous clean sheet coming in the 0-0 draw with Dynamo Kiev on 20 October.

Branislav Ivanovic is replaced by Cesar Azpilicueta on the right, Gary Cahill comes in for Kurt Zouma at centre-back and Baba Rahman gets another chance to impress on the left, in place of Kenedy.

CHELSEA: Begovic, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Terry, Baba Rahman, Fabregas, Matic, Willian, Oscar, Hazard, Diego Costa

SUBS: Blackman, Ivanovic, Zouma, Mikel, Loftus-Cheek, Pedro, Remy
