Manchester City finished top of Group D ahead of Juventus meaning they progress through to the knock-out phase of this season's Champions League as group winners.

Manager Manuel Pellegrini can now look forward to the draw for the Round of 16, which will be made on Monday.

The 16 sides that remain in the tournament will be split into two pots, with the group winners in one and the runners-up in the other. However, there are some restrictions on who can play who. No sides that progressed from the same group may face each other and teams from the same country will be kept apart.

So who might Manchester City face?

There are four confirmed runners-up, of which City could face PSG, PSV Eindhoven or Benfica (Juventus are the other). The rest will be decided on Wednesday night but will be from Roma or Bayer Leverkusen, Olympiakos (if Arsenal don't progress), Gent or Valencia and either FC Porto or Dynamo Kiev (or one of those sides if Chelsea progress).

The draw will be made on Monday at 11am with the first-legs to be played on 16/17 and 23/24 February, with the seeded group winners playing away. The second-legs will be on 8/9 and 15/16 March.
