Porto will be without their captain and top goal-scorer, Jackson Martinez, when they face FC Basel in Tuesday’s last-16 tie. Martinez, who has scored five goals in his last six Champions League appearances, sustained a groin injury in Friday’s win over Braga.

FC Basel come into the game having extended their lead at the top of the Swiss league to seven points after a 3-0 victory at the weekend, but Porto boast better recent form, having achieved seven wins in their last eight games, and the away goal they brought back from the first leg makes progression a much tougher prospect for the visitors.
