FA Cup Round-up: Hearn predicts shock when Orient entertain Arsenal

Leyton Orient chairman Barry Hearn is looking forward to welcoming Arsenal to Brisbane Road in a lucrative FA Cup fifth round tie. "We've got a great manager [Russell Slade] and we'll hopefully give them a good game." Hearn said. "This is our biggest game for 30 years." The two clubs last met in the competition in the semi-final in 1978, the Gunners winning 3-0.

His League One side won 2-1 at Championship play-off contenders Swansea on Saturday to reach the fifth round, an 88th-minute own goal from Alan Tate gifting the O's victory.

League One leaders Brighton, 1-0 winners at Watford on Saturday thanks to Hornets goalkeeper Rene Gilmartin letting a tame Ashley Barnes shot slip through his grasp, will face Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium. "It proved to me now we have plenty of players who can play in the Championship," the Brighton manager, Gus Poyet, said.

Another League One team through to the fifth round, Sheffield Wednesday, defeated 10-man Hereford United 4-1 at Hillsborough. Stuart Fleetwood gave the League Two side a shock early lead, but two penalties from Clinton Morrison after Joe Heath's dismissal helped to give Wednesday a comprehensive win. They will now visit League Cup finalists Birmingham City, who came back from 2-0 down to beat Coventry at St Andrew's on Saturday.

David Bentley pulled a goal back with a spectacular long-range shot, before Stuart Parnaby equalised after good work from Alexander Hleb. Veteran striker Kevin Phillips, 37, scored the winner 17 minutes from time. Birmingham manager Alex McLeish described the performance of the two loan signings Bentley and Hleb as "tremendous".

Eddie Howe's Burnley visit Upton Park to play West Ham after two Chris Eagles goals helped the Clarets to a 3-1 win over Burton Albion. "We want to build a team around people like him." Howe said after the game.
