Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will start for England against France.
It had been expected that Stewart Downing would start on the left for the Three Lions, but it has been confirmed the Arsenal winger has been selected instead.
The 18-year-old, who has played just 84-minutes of international football, will be winning his third cap.
England manager Roy Hodgson will start James Milner on the right side of midfield, with Steven Gerrard and Scott Parker in the centre.
Danny Welbeck, who scored his first international goal in England's final warm-up match against Belgium, gets the nod over Andy Carroll. Manchester United's Ashley Young will operate behind his club team-mate.
Ashley Cole and Glen Johnson will fill the full-back roles while Joleon Lescott has been selected to start alongside John Terry.
