Callum Hudson-Odoi’s meteoric rise is inspiring his contemporaries following his England call-up for the Euro 2020 qualfiers.
The Chelsea sensation could make his full debut against Czech Republic on Friday, with Montenegro to follow next Monday.
And the 18-year-old rise has not gone unnoticed among his fellow players, with Arsenal prospect Reiss Nelson insisting he is “inspiring” and is making him push more.
“I’ve played against him in the youth league when he was at Chelsea,” Nelson told Sky Sports News . “He’s my friend so you want to get there as well.
“It’s very inspiring, just wants to make you push even more, train even harder and get to that level.”
