63 min: Another chance for Croatia! Rakitic is involved again as he seizes possession and draws two Czech players towards him within Czech Republic's final third. This opens up space for Mandzukic ahead of him who is released into the left-hand side of the box. He pauses momentarily on the ball though and his attempted cross/shot is easily dealt with by Cech.Substitution - Mateo Kovacic replaces Luka Modric due to an injury.
66 min: Mandzukic with the chance this time! A clever through ball into the box is intercepted by the Czech defence but it falls neatly for Mandukic who, with his first touch, fires a shot on goal. He can't keep it down though and from eight yards out the balls soars into the crowd behind.
69 min: Looks like a nasty clash of knees between Vida and Kaderabek down on the right-flank near the Croatian byline. Both players leave the pitch to receive treatment before play continues. It doesn't take long before play comes to a pause again as Mandzukic falls to the ground this time clutching his head following a clash with Sivok.
2 min: Sergio Ramos makes an early mistake and gets caught in possession on the half-way line by Yilmaz. He brings the Turkish down to prevent him from speeding away and earns himself a yellow card. He's going to have to be extra cautious now...
4 min: Silva uses his pace down the right to beat Erkin but is quickly closed down by back-up. He forces his cross and successfully gets the corner he was looking for. Spain go short but nothing comes of it as the ball into the box is nodded away.
6 min: Topal fancies himself as a winger and storms down the right wing with a surprising surge of pace. It's made all the more impressive by the fact he actually manages to beat two Spaniards in the process but eventually finds himself down a blind alleyway and is subsequently dispossessed by the Spanish defence.
7 min: Spanish corner. It's a poor one and only goes as far as Ozyakup at the front post. He can't get his footing right however and mistakenly flicks the ball on across the box. Balta is there to clean up the mess and boots the ball away.
9 min: Yilmaz earns himself a yellow for a hand-off on Busquets that initially looked like it was to the face. Replies show it was below the chest. He's been hard done by there.
11 min: First shot on goal for Spain as Nolito drives in a cross towards the near post. Morata rushes to meet it with an outstretched foot but Balta is there first and the ball is pushed onto the post and out for a corner kick.
15 min: David Silva comes to life on the edge of the box, weaving his way through the Turkey defence with his quick feet. He pulls it back to an incoming Iniesta who gets his shot off but can't find the back of the net thanks to a diving challenge made by Balta. The stopped is blocked and the ball loops high into the air before being cleared away.
