A group of influential Arsenal supporters' organisations, fanzines and blogs have joined forces to call for "better leadership" of the club and hit out at Stan Kroenke's "passive ownership".

A total of 16 signatories published a statement on Monday morning demanding change as the Gunners prepare for a third successive season without Champions League football.

Under a heading of '#WeCareDoYou', it criticised the imbalance of the Arsenal board, "soulless" atmosphere at the Emirates Stadium and a lack of transfer strategy.

"As Arsenal fans we have watched with frustration as the team's football performances have declined over the past decade," the statement began.

"When Stan Kroenke began buying Arsenal shares the club had just competed in a first Champions League final.

"Twelve years on, Arsenal are about to play in the Europa League for the third year running."

Neymar has arrive at PSG's Camp des Loges training ground this morning.

The Brazilian failed to show up to pre-season initially, sparking speculation of a move away.

But with Barcelona signing Antoine Griezmann, a possible destination for his exit appears closed off now, meaning he could reconcile with the French champions ahead of a third season in the capital.

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo has outlined his desire for new signings at the club this summer.

''At the moment we are working with 11 first team players. It's obvious we have to bring (players in).''

''We are only going to bring in players that add quality to the squad we have. That is why it requires time.

"Sometimes things are not possible but I am hopeful we are going to bring in players. I hope we make not only one (signing) but a bunch of very good business."

Wolves have already made the loan signings of Leander Dendoncker and Raúl Jiménez permanent this summer, however the club is yet to sign any new, senior first team players.

Ajax captain Matthijis De Ligt is close to signing for Italian champions Juventus according to Ajax head coach Erik Ten Hag.

''We knew that for a long time that [De Ligt's departure] would happen, it's good that it happens now.''

However, reports from Mundo Deportivo suggest that FC Barcelona are attempting to hijack the deal in a last-ditch attempt to sign the highly rated Dutchman.

Nevertheless, despite the Catalan club's interest, it is still expected that De Ligt will complete his move to Turin within the coming weeks, barring any major surprises.
