Liverpool misfit Mario Balotelli has reportedly has his driving license confiscated after being caught speeding.
The Italian striker, who joined AC Milan on loan last month, was allegedly caught travelling at over 90 kilometres per hour in a residential area with a speed limit of 50 kmph.
According to Italian news agency ANSA, under Italian law, Balotelli was compelled to hand over his driving license, which he could now lose for up to one year.

The 25-year-old may also have to pay a fine of up to €3,313 for his indiscretion.
While at Liverpool in December 2014, Balotelli was caught travelling at 109 miles per hour on the M62. The following May, he was fined £800 and banned from driving for 28 days.
In that case, the striker's defence was that his Ferrari's speedometer had been calibrated to kmph and he was therefore unaware that he was travelling so fast.
According to the Italian media, Balotelli offered a similar excuse to police officers after being caught on this occasion, saying "I'm sorry, I had not noticed."
As part of his move to Milan at the end of August, behavioural clauses were inserted into Balotelli's contract. These measures prohibited him from smoking, attending nightclubs and having extravagant haircuts.
It is yet to be seen whether this incident will provoke disciplinary action from AC Milan officials.
