Cristiano Ronaldo today proved he hasn't totally lost his sense of humour by covering his international team-mate's car in tin foil.
The Real Madrid striker hasn't looked overly happy in recent weeks - spending much of his time berating team-mates , scolding his own fans and ignoring the media.
But it seems the international break (and his sponsorship commitments) are doing him good, with the Ballon d'Or holder taking time out for the practical joke.
It appears he spent the day covering Ricardo Quaresma's car, including the tyres, in shiny foil. The prank coincides with the release of his latest pair of Nike football boots, which themselves have a metallic finish.
According to a Twitter post by a grinning Ronaldo, the tin foil makeover is designed to give former Chelsea player Quaresma "a little more speed".

Utterly anonymous in the final half an hour. 3

Always the hardest working he set up Ronaldo well with a cross that he should have scored before providing a beautiful flicked assist for the goal. Also went close late on with a long-range effort. 7
