A season of two halves - the first half pathetic, the second half average. Paul Ince was out of his depth, but it was always a gamble.

Unfortunately it didn't pay off. His backroom staff of Ray Mathias and Archie Knox didn't help. They took the training back 20 years I believe! They just had to go. Big Sam has kept us up with a style that could be called "defensive", not pretty I know, but he has done the business. 27 points from 18 games - top six form. All we need now are exciting performances to go with the results.

Which team were your best opponents?

I won't include any of the ‘big four', so definitely Aston Villa - they did the double over us.

Would like to sign?

A striker with pace like Darren Bent and a creative midfielder like Danny Murphy.

What was the weirdest/funniest moment of your season?

Paul Ince's big signing - Keith Andrews, and the Santa Cruz/Man City circus in January.

Mark out of 10 for the season?

6.5, could do better - here's to next term!!
