Arsenal kept alive their Women's Super League title hopes with a comfortable 3-1 victory over Birmingham City.

Shelley Kerr's side are now five points behind leaders Liverpool but have two games in hand.

They wrapped up the win by racing into a three-goal lead by the 39th minute through Step Houghton, Ellen White and Gemma Davison. Josanne Potter pulled one back for Birmingham after the break.

On Saturday Liverpool edged out Chelsea 4-3, Nicole Rolser hitting their late winner.
