Chelsea: Manager Carlo Ancelotti has admitted he is a "lucky coach" to manage a Blues side that still tops the Premier League table, and believes that Manchester United and Arsenal have missed the chance to put pressure on his side.

"I am a lucky man," he said. "Maybe, for a coach, it's better to be lucky than a good manager?" he said. "Manchester United and Arsenal drew difficult games and we maintained our position at the top of the table with a game in hand. Every team is dangerous."

Zaki set for Tigers and Premier League return

Hull City: Amr Zaki claims he is on the verge of signing for the club on loan until the end of the season and will undergo a medical today. The striker spent last season on loan at Wigan, scoring 11 times in 32 appearances. A statement on the Egypt international’s website read: “Amr Zaky [sic] will fly to England to have medical test at Hull City football club on Saturday. The Tigers will sign the Egypt striker on loan until the end of the season subject to passing medical test.”

Transfer Talk: Long shots

Manchester United may seek to ease their defensive problems by making an £18m bid for Porto defender Rolando. Bolton manager Owen Coyle is finalising a £2m bid for Newcastle forward Andy Carroll, while Manchester City will make a bid for Marseille's Mancini, who is in talks with Internazionale. Spurs and Bolton are interested in Real Madrid's Guti, with Harry Redknapp's side also linked with Portsmouth defender Younes Kaboul.
