Manchester City have named Derby County's American chief executive Tom Glick as the club's new chief commercial and operating officer.
City's interim chief executive, John Macbeath, said: "We need the very best people and the board believes that Tom is the ideal person for this role." Glick, who worked in minor league baseball and the NBA before joining Derby in 2008, is due to take up his new role in August.
