Arsene Wenger will tomorrow take part in a live Twitter Q&A as part of Emirates' sponsorship of Arsenal, and as we all know, these things rarely go according to plan.

However, one person the Gunners’ manager will not have expected to troll him is his own captain, Per Metesacker. The World Cup winner decided he would utilise the opportunity to #AskWenger, although the best question that the 30-year-old could muster left a lot to be desired.

Mertesacker asked: “Hey boss here’s my question for @Emirates Q&A: I know you speak German very well but which is your favorite German city? #AskWenger.”

Arsenal fans now sit, waiting in expectation at what Wenger could possibly answer. Will he choose something mainstream, such as a Munich, Berlin or Dortmund (having travelled to the city for three of the last four Champions League campaign) or could he go off the beaten track such as Cottbus, Jena or perhaps even Bergisch Gladbach?

Needless to say, the other questions that Wenger could face aren’t as forgiving as the Arsenal centre-back’s.
