Your team''s best performance last season?

Our best performance has to be the play-off final victory over Preston. A top class job was done by the players and the manager.

And the worst?

The 4-1 defeat to Cardiff City was a terrible performance.

Who was your best player last season?

Teddy Sheringham - even at 39 his ability to read a game has helped us greatly.

Who was the most under-rated?

Anton Ferdinand - proved himself to be promising talent.

And the Worst player?

I was disappointed with Hayden Mullins. I don't think he contributed as much as he could have.

What was the most memorable moment?

Beating Preston to secure our return to the Premiership.

Funniest moment, If any?

There were a couple of instances of the referee being floored by the ball which were quite amusing.

Whos was the best individual performance against you?

Sheffield United when they came to Upton Park and beat us 2-0. They defended so well all afternoon and thoroughly deserved their three points.

Best set of fans, besides your own?

Plymouth carried very vocal support with them as did Ipswich and Sunderland.

Best chant?

It has to be "I'm forever blowing bubbles!"

Which ground is your favourite to visit and why?

Sunderland's Stadium of Light is a nice ground and the atmosphere there is always very good.

What improvements need to be made this season?

An all round improvement will need to be made this season. The step back up to the Premiership will be a tough one. We will certainly need to score more goals but concentration in defence will be a necessity.

Individual with most to prove?

Alan Pardew himself. I was always very sceptical of his appointment and last season his tactics did give me cause for concern on so many occasions. He did however, turn things around in the run-in but I think he still needs to prove that he can cope with top flight football.

Which game are you most looking forward to?

Chelsea at home.

Which of your young players has impressed you?

Mark Noble. He graduated from the Youth Academy only last season and shone through as an exceptional young talent.

If money was no object which player or manager would like to see at your club?

Wayne Rooney.

What would you consider to be a good season?

A good season for us this year will be avoiding relegation. If we can do that I think we could make progress over time.

How would you sum up your manager?

Very lucky! He looked almost certain to be out of a job before the team found some form.

If you had to put a £1m bet on where your team finishes, where would you say?

17th
