Steven Taylor proved a winner in Newcastle's own I'm A Celebrity (Get me out of here) challenge at the club's training ground yesterday.

Newcastle have had a host of themed days in their canteen, yesterday it was Australia and a host of snakes and spiders greeted the entire playing squad.

Groundsman Mick Curran won a competition when he ate what he thought was a kangaroo's testicle (it was a pork ball) while first team coach Andy 'Woody' Woodman was less keen to meet Taylor's new friend.
