Manchester City v West Ham United team news: Sergio Aguero starts for City
Former Liverpool players Andy Carroll and Stewart Downing start for Hammers
Sergio Aguero starts for Manchester City in their final game of the season which could see them crowned as Premier League champions.
City need just a point at home to West Ham to beat Liverpool to the title and Manuel Pellegrini has gone with an attacking side to see it through.
Aguero replaces James Milner, who drops to the bench, in the only change from the team that beat Aston Villa 4-0 on Wednesday night.
